Remember no true wrinkle cream exists that will get rid of wrinkles, if they did no one would have wrinkles and botox/fillers/face lifts, etc…would be out of business.

I have been using ProActive skin care for about a month and a half now. It works wonderfully! For about three weeks. Now I’m starting to break out again. Could my skin be growing immune to it? The same thing has happened with other products, I use them until they stop working. I’m 25, and would really like the acne to be gone.
I don’t know the ’scientific’ answer or anything, but I do know that the same thing seems to happen to me with both face and hair products. I was using ProActive, and while it helped a little, it wasn’t great. I switched birth control pills b/c I think the pill I was on had a lot to do with my breaking out. I got put on Yaz and started using the Clean & Clear Acne Advantage Kit. That was a couple months ago, and now I only have one tiny tiny pimple!
I have sensitive skin from head to toe. I am looking for multiple experiences with skin cleansers, lotions, toners, exfoliants and any kind of skin care stories. What works best for you? What keeps dry skin, specifically on the face at bay? What brands do you prefer? How many times per day do you wash your face? What is your routine?
I have sensitive skin too, rosacea to be exact, so I’m wary of EVERYTHING on my skin. I did however start using natural and organic products though and I’ve noticed a huge difference- they don’t seem to dry out my skin or make it get red and itchy.

***i know the products i use are expensive, but, like i say in the video, my skin is something i am willing to invest in if you don’t want to spend that much money on skin care products, choose just 1 splurge item, then use drugstore products for the rest. example: use a drugstore cleanser and eye creme, and a higher end face creme.. you REALLY will notice a difference

Long story short: I looked in the mirror the other day and thought "Dad?". Yeah. I’m getting older.
I would love to hear some tips for skin care that’s ingested. Food, drink and supplements, etc.
One thing I don’t require is topical skin care tips. I have my lotion and sunblock that I apply daily. I’m good with that.
Take Cod Liver OIl Tablets & Vitamin E Tablets daily.
Eat lots of veggies and fruits for essential vitamins.
Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice squeezed in it once a day to detox
No fizzy drinks/processed foods. Eat lots of fish & pulses like lentils.
Work out daily, even if its a walk or lifting some weights for a few mins.
Try making your own ’super juices’ with veggies and fruit juices mixed up. Try aloe vera juice shots.
Use natural products on your face such as sweet almond oil, or coconut oil. If youve got spots of blemishes use tea tree oil.
Drink green tea daily – as many cups as poss. (6cups per day is recommended).

On my arms and my legs, I have places where I have very dry skin and I was wondering if anyone knew what skin care lotion product is best for your skin that you can get a supermart or drug store? I want brands of lotion please!
If you buy a product make sure it doesn’t have mineral oil as that forms a barrier with your skin and since skin is a respiratory organ it needs to breath. For skin to retain moisture and not be dry it need to be able to absorb the moisture and retain it. I find it best to apply a good moisturizing cream immediately after I shower as this helps the skin to retain the moisture after being wet. Make sure the product you buy has the same PH balance as our skin which is PH5.5 as this helps the natural balance of our skin, and will help to reduce irritation and dryness.
Arbonne have some wonderful botanical products that combat dryness my son has terrible dry skin and feet and their product have had amazing results. However you need to have a consultant to purchase any products on-line.
