How I massage my face to slow down aging and relieve stress.
I do this once a week or so.
After rinsing the oil off, I follow with regular skincare steps.

is it alright to use olive oil with this massage? also, i have a question about my skin type. Sometimes my cheeks turn red after I put on moisturzer/wash my face/put on something else, but it fades a bit after that. (sometimes it stays) is there something i can do to stop this?

The problem with using oils on the skin is that they’re a barrier to moisture, so the end up making your skin even drier. Always go for humectants rather than oils.

well im 55 years old, but i look like im 30 years old, and how? well I entombed my home with tinfoil, and my garden is also entombed, and for lightning i use solar energy for lightning. with the Microwave i discovered our sun kills our cells in a similiar way, my curtains are also layered in tinfoil.
