		<description>&lt;b&gt;they say in some ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; they say in some websites after you dry brush to turn your shower water on really cold for a few seconds then as hot as you can tolerate for a few seconds and then back to really cold again before you get out of the shower and it really invigorates you and leaves you feeling really tingly after the dry brushing, i always moisturize after also!  i&#039;m only 20 but hopefully this will pay off when i&#039;m older... =]</description>
