    soo funny, I say umm alot too but its not that bad or noticabke at all cuz a lot of ppl over use it.. and i read in a magizine that its helpful for listners to absorb what the speaker is saying becuz it gives the braina break to absorb what the speaker is saying

    If you want to stop saying ‘ummm’ a lot. Read outloud to yourself. Newspapers, books, magazines…anything. There are no ‘ummms’ in printed publications and you will stop filling in pauses with ‘ummm’.
