    hello. I’ve been using the clinique anti-blemish solution for a year now. I was wondering, is it the same as clinique acne solutions? because I found out that in UK they only sell the clinique anti -blemish solution whereas in USA it is what your actually using. so what is the best one? btw, I love your skin! ;p. please respond. love ya!!

    So… …

    @MrsWeena
    So… Learn how to cook, like the rest of us do it. Not to be harsh, but you’ve got hands for a reason and nobody is shoving the bacon in your mouth. Cooking can be difficult at first, but you’ll get the hang of it. I burned my fair share of potatoes before becoming the vegan master chef.

    All it takes …

    @fdass
    All it takes is determination. I was raised on a meat-eating, Southern diet of fried chicken, pork ribs, steak, sausage, bacon, and burgers, but I gave it all up. The only reason it is difficult to cut it out is because you want it and you don’t know what to use as a substitute. It’s actually pretty easy if you’ve got enough will power; you just have to know what to eat instead.

    Actually, UV …
    Actually, UV radiation can pass through glass. The amount and type of UV (eg UVA, UVB etc) transmitted depends on the type and thickness of the glass, any coatings and laminates. But even so…it can pass through glass.

    I couldn’t agree …
    I couldn’t agree with you more. I turned vegetarian about a year and a half ago and my skin was 100% better. However, during the holidays, I made an exception and ate meat occasionally and started breaking out again. You really “are what you eat”. Thanks for the awesome video.

  12. Turning vegetarian …
    Turning vegetarian really helped with my acne. I think a lot of the hormones in meat and milk has really made my skin bad.

    woohooo new yooork! :D i walk hella fast, too

  16. uv radiation doesnt …
    uv radiation doesnt pass through glass or plastic.

    quartz cuvettes are used when doing uv spectrometry instead of plastic for this reason.

    its not uv radiation that allows you to see, your eyes pick up visible light, which is why it is called “visible” light

    a lot of sunscreens …
    a lot of sunscreens cause acne and clogged pores, i’d be careful with that if i were you. it’s safer to use mineral makeup or that bare minerals sunscreen powder that comes in a brush… non chemical sunscreens like that are a lot less irritating and don’t break down over time so you wont have to keep putting more greasy stuff on your face.

    nice video :-)

  19. I am freaked out …
    I am freaked out about the sun too-I’ve actually had bad dreams-yes, more than once- (not full blown nightmares, but definitely anxious dreams) where I am outside *gasp* without sunscreen. Even indoors-when people say they don’t use sunscreen cuz they are inside, I’m like, well, are you able to see?? becasue unless they’re in an actual darkroom, UV is in there!

  20. You are an …
    You are an interesting and gorgeous gal. Thanks for sharing!

  23. afraid of the sun? …

    You can get the same sunscreen benefits with a light lotion like “Eucerin Everyday Protection Face Lotion SPF 30″ This feels really light and absorbs quickly, and it wont make your skin angry.
