Salisylic acid is just aspirin, and is pretty good for your skin to reduce redness and just even it out- in moderation obviously.
Alcohol denet. is just alcohol with a bad taste so its not abused? – w/e, alcohol is drying to the skin and a more extreme way of dealing with oily skin

vichy makes a …
vichy makes a product called “normaderm spot treatment”
and la roche posay makes a product called “effeclar A.I.”
both of which are good. i use the la roche posay one because i have very sensitive skin and it is milder, while the vichy one is if you have very complicated acne…

When your skin …
When your skin breaks out after you started using a new product it doesn`t necesserily mean it`s good for you. Sometimes your skin just hates it and always will.
Elle, the reason …
Elle, the reason your skin broke out was because the product was actually working. When switching to any new cleansers you need to use them for about a month for your skin to get used to them, and to allow for them to do their job properly. That means getting the dirt and oil out of your skin. Thats why you broke out, so maybe if you tried it again, and gave it a little more time, it might have worked really well for you.

the best skin care products are those made by vichy and la roche posay and biotherm. although these products are pricey, its your skin and you shouldn’t skimp out on buying them. i’m a student myself and understand that it is difficult to afford higher end skincare when you can purchase the 9.99 stuff from walmart, but the differences in your skin become clear later…

i had a toner and it had Alcohol in it and i was using it more than i should have..like to remove my makeup and it ended up drying out my skin on my nose so much it scabbed! It was really gross so i think if you use it twice a day it shouldn’t be that bad but im scared now so i make sure my toners have no Alcohol
