    One tip about baths… the hot water actually dries out your skin. So the recommendations is 15 to 20 minutes top if you don’t want to dry out your skin

    As to go along with the switching out of moisturizers. Make sure it doesn’t contain alcohol or it will further dry out your skin, theirs one i believe it is ceratyl alcohol that is derived from plants. Anything with mineral oil wont absorb into your skin because the particals are to big for the pores.
