What are some creams available in the UK I can get that doesn’t dry my skin out?

I find that as soon as a put on any cream my skin is dry again. What cremes are good for keeping skin healthy? Also are there any home remedies?

  1. tescos does their own vitamin e moisturiser, about 80p, i find its the best for keeping skin hydrated, or good old e45.

E45 does the job, but if you are willing to spend around £7-8, then Doctor Organic is excellent! You can find it at any holland or barret, it comes in: Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Manuka Honey. All of these work great for me.

here is a great remedy for dry skin

Add a few drops of lemon juice to 1/2 an avocado, and mash. Apply to clean skin and allow to remain for 20 minutes. Then remove with some tissue, and splash the skin with cold, then warm, water.
