First of all,I think u should avoid skin creams since these creams could make ur face more oily and prone to more breakouts. Also, avoid tea tree oil products since sometimes it could make ur skin worse.I would recommend u to use a gentle cleanser instead such as Neutrogena or Dove since both cleanser are gentle and also prevent breakouts.Do remember to use toner and moisturize to restore pH balance and moisture balance to ur skin.Carry these steps twice daily and it will improve ur skin. However,u could also opt for remedies for acne. These are 4 different steps of remedies that u could make at ur home to improve ur skin.
Basil tea-Basil tea like neem is effective in killing bacteria. Drinking it twice a day can do wonders to the skin.
Orange peel-Homemade Acne Treatment using Orange peel has been found very effective. Pound the orange peel with water on a piece of stone and apply to acne affected areas.
Honey Paste-Another easy and effective homemade acne treatment is to make a paste of honey with cinnamon and nutmeg. All you need is about one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and about half of it nutmeg powder. Add some honey to make enough paste to cover the inflammed area completely. Just lie down as honey may dribble down. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes and wash with luke warm water.
Lemon Juice-A simple remedy at home for acne: Apply lemon juice regularly to reduce pimples and acne. This has proven beneficial results.
Well, these are those 4 remedies that would works best for u.Just pick one that suits u though.Hope this helps and great skin wishes.
try to use olive oil and massage it in the night before bed time and then in the morning take a warm shower and keep doing this for one week and you will notice the deference .and start to drink green tea without sweeten it several time a day good luck

Hello babe.
*DON’T use olive oil (I saw the first answer say that) because it will clog pores and only make things worse*
I feel for you, I had terrible spots for about a year when was about 14 and it really knocked my confidance, but theres a way to get rid of them:
-Firstly, please don’t use clearasil or neutrogena or any other chemically spotty things like that (because they are made up of strong chemicals, these chemicals are used to dry up the spots, however it will dry out the rest of your skin. You skin will feel really dry and produce more oil to balance it out, the excess oil will clog pores and spread bacteria all around your face and cause more spots, so don’t do it, it’s not worth it)
-Only use an oil free moistursier/foundation (actually don’t wear foundation all together)
-Also it’s okay to pop spots which have a little white bit on the top, but if it doesn’t pop first try leave it alone or it will break under your skin and get worse. Once it’s popped apply a anti-septic cream or tea-tree oil (tea tree oil worked best for me).
-If you have a fringe that covers any of your face make sure you pin it back off your face 24/7, I know you’ll want to cover your spots but the oil from you hair transfers to your face, blah blah blah, and you end up with more spots.
-To open your pores fill a bowl with boiling water and hold your head over the bowl (don’t let your face touch the water or it’ll burn) and leave it there for 10-15mins. The steam will open your pores (you’ll be able to feel it happening), this will help with the blackheads and removing the infection from the spot (thats what spots basically are- a bit of bacteria under your skin which develops into an infection).
-After steaming try and GENTLY squeeze the spots/blackheads then put some tea tree oil on a cotton but and wipe it all over your face.
-Try and do that once a day and I promise they’ll start to clear up. I can’t stress how much you have to stop using chemically products and use tea-tree oil instead (I know I’ve just had a rant about oil, but tea-tree oil is brilliant, BUT it will only work if you have dry/normal/combination skin, please don’t use it if you have naturally oily skin, then use an anti-septic cream insted, try savlon or tcp). You’ll be able to get a little bottle from the supermarket or a chemists for a couple of £ and it’ll last ages.
Okay, got that? I know it’s a lot but it works!
Hope that helps, ignore people who say nasty stuff, they’re not worth getting upset over, anyway- in a year or so they’ll get spots and then you’ll be the one with lovely clear skin.
Take care ;]
