bootsaholic’s Skincare Routine (for oily combo skin)
Hi everyone! This skincare routine video was requested by liveluvlaf21 and macluver35. My skin type is combination oily skin- very oily in the T-zone and comfortable in the cheeks and chin. My forehead is also very acne prone.
Most of the items are Shiseido products because I am a huge fan of Shiseido skincare products. I like them because I think they are gentle yet effective for controlling oil. However, I can’t say I think it is the best out of all department store brands because the only other dept store skincare brand I’ve tried is Clinique!
Also, just fyi, I’ve tried many drugstore brands in my youngin’ teen years when I had a lot of acne (Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, and Clearasil) and NONE of them worked for me. =X So that’s why only one of my skincare routine products is from drugstore…loll xP

i’ve gotten 2 facials done before. i dont remember much about them but i asked for exfoliation both times. it feels reallllyyy nice and calming during the facial, but i felt that my face got really oily afterwards. maybe the exfoliation was too strong for me. i am not sure if it did any good for me lolll. i’ve heard that facials make some ppl break out. at least that didn’t happen to me.

the clinique cleanser wasn’t drying..it was the toner that was! the clinique cleanser was actually very gentle. it doesnt even soap up that much on your face, it’s kinda more watery. and i bought the one for oily combo skin. if u have dry combo skin, then the formula will be different. =)
