I did have the same problems with my skin when i lived in a tropical climatic zone and let me tell yo: I bought all kinds of stuff from the clinique routine and it didnt help me at all, my skin just got more sensible. So now I use a cleanser for sensitive skin and a calming, non oily moisterizer and my skin is flawless. So maybe it could work with you aswell. =)
