What’s a good skincare routine to get rid of acne?

I have been having really bad acne for maybe a week or so and I was wondering what would be a good routine that u use to get your skin acne free and healthy. If so can u like make up a routine that uses drug store products. p.s. I have oily skin
if u can, can u guys do like a step by step routine?

Wash your face in the morning and use some antibacterial soap (you can find good ones at the chemists) and again at night before you sleep. Make sure you don’t ever forget a session, because the acne *will* be back.

If it lasts longer than a week though, you could try Benozyl Peroxide?

  2. maybe see a dermatologist; they’ll give you the best stuff
but if you dont have access to one, i use the clean & clear advantage kit, and i LOVE it, it works really well.

also, drink tons of water! and try to eat healthy.
makeup usually makes you break out worse if you apply too much, dont wash your hands before, or dont wash your face before..do those things, and you’ll be good :)

  4. Clearasil Ultra Daily Scrub http://www.superdrug.com/Face-Scrub/CLEARASIL-ULTRA-DEEP-PORE-TREATMENT-SCRUB-150ML/invt/143839 (I have been using this for 4 years now since I was 12 years old with spots, now i only get like 1 spot every now and then) In the morning i rub this into my face and then leave it on while i brush my teeth, then take it off, it seems to benefit from settling into my skin

then i moisturise with Clean and Clear moisturiser http://www.jinnysmall.com/jinnysmall-com-clean-and-clear-oil-free-dual-action-moisturiser-100ml.html?csid=853736dd1c3ee0b79067587553ed3a2b&sl=EN&currency= it sinks in so well and make my skin so smooth and apaprently it prevents spots which it seems to do. it’s important to use an oil-free moisturiser like this if you have oily skin

in the evenings i put the clearasil scrub on my face when i’m in the shower and leave it on for a while. the hot water in the shower opens your pores so the scrub works better.

    hope this helps.

whenever you work up a sweat, make sure you wash your face briefly to remove any oil or sweat that can get trapped and cause spots.

hope this helps, it certainly works for me.

  5. Drink quite a lot of water, wash your face and if you can buy some cleansing cream or the roll on cream which is probably the quickest way to clear achene,

  6. morning and night wash with warm water and antibacterial soap, then a gentle cleanser or acne-specific face wash, then dab on a toner. products like clean&clear, neutrogina, cetaphil, and anything else you find in a drugstore face wash/acne aisle are really good but work well depending on your skin type. try getting into a good washing routine. neutogina has a great face wash that smells like grapefruit for oily skin. and clean and clear has a pretty good toner. avoid clogging up your pores with powders/concealers/foundations and make sure your hair is out of your face. also, make sure you’re not touching your face during the day. these are all possible factors to your oily skin. and remember that lots of people deal with acne and it won’t go away overnight. good luck!

  7. I have had completely clear and flawless skin since September of 2005 with no blemishes or acne. I use Proactiv solution regular strength face wash for 60 seconds in the shower in the morning and again in the evening and after that before i go to bed in a small nickel sized amount with very warm water. After I get done with that step, I tone my skin with the toner in the Proactiv solution kit, and lastly after the toner completely soaks into my skin I use a pea to a small amount sized drop of the repairing lotion that contains benzoil peroxide in it but not a lot. If my skin gets dry, I use the green tea moisturizer on my skin. I have very very sensitive skin and Proactiv does not irritate or dry out my skin what so ever. I will never switch to anything else. 8. Hey! I’ve been using Dermology Acne Cream for the past few years, it’s absolutely amazing. I have naturally very oily skin, so I always break out in acne :( but yeah, a friend recommended it and I haven’t looked back since. My face is so much clearer and smoother! You should definitely check it out, you can try it for free from their website, just enter your details and under the Payment info tab click "Yes! Send me my free trail"! (Just remember you have to pay postage, which is only like $3). It’s definitely worth it and much better than proactiv or anything else on the market! Not to mention it’s a lot cheaper :)
